Alas Pilipinas are drawn in Pool A alongside Iran, Egypt, and Tunisia in the 32-nation FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championship set to kick off this September.

The Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF) announced that the tournament passes for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Men’s World Championships will be on sale starting this March.
No specific dates have been provided so far when ticket selling will officially open, as one of the biggest men's volleyball tournament in the world graces the country from September 12-28.
Just last year, the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) granted the hosting rights of the competition to the Philippines. Matches will be held from the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao, QC and the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

On September 2024, the Philippines was drawn in Pool A alongside Tunisia, Egypt, and Iran.

World no. 1 Poland led the pack in Pool B, reigning Olympic and VNL champion Olympic France bannered Pool C, Team USA headlined Group C, and tournament titleholders Italy placed in Pool F.
