MPL Philippines icon and “Hall of Legends” inductee, Johnmar “OhmyV33nus” Villaluna shook the local Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) community when she announced her departure from Blacklist International and Tier One Entertainment in a heartfelt Facebook post on Thursday.

“So I left Tier One Entertainment and Blacklist International because I know I would settle if I choose to stay. When it’s time to go, ma feel mo naman eh,” Ohmyv33nus wrote.

During her stay in Blacklist International, she led the Codebreakers to three Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines championships in Seasons 7, 8, and 10.

She also ran the ship for Blacklist International during the M3 World Championship, where her iconic healer-support hero, Estes, was selected as the championship skin.

“Marami na rin kasing narating with Blacklist eh, back to back MPL Championships, M3 World Championship and sobrang dami nang bonggang eksena na hindi ko naimagine noon na possible pala mangyari sa buhay ko,” she reflected about her esports milestones with Blacklist International.

As OhmyV33nus moves to a new chapter in her life, she is optimistic about what the future holds.

“Each team and esports org I’ve worked with before, I’ve always considered them as my home. But I realized Home is where I go. Home is anyone who cares about me. Home is the name I’ve built for myself: OHMYV33NUS. I’ve always got me, and I will never be afraid no matter where life would take me.”

Along with OhmyV33nus, Blacklist’s star EXP laner Edward “Edward” Dapadap has also decided to bid farewell to the squad after four years.

Edward joined Blacklist International’s MLBB roster during MPL Philippines Season 5, and was hailed as the 12th MPL Philippines “Hall of Legends” inductee with his perseverance and consistency through the seasons.

“After being with them for 4 years since Season 5, it's been an amazing journey filled with unforgettable moments. Despite some thoughts of leaving in the past, the team's potential always motivated me to stay,” he wrote.

“Now, I'm ready for the next chapter of my life, where I can grow personally and professionally. I'm excited to collaborate with new people who share my goals and determination,” Edward on moving forward in his Esports career.

Meanwhile, the Codebreakers’ middle laner and fan-favorite Kenneth “Yue” Tadeo parted ways with Blacklist International after three seasons as a promising middle laner.

“Today I am formally announcing that I am leaving Blacklist International. Thank you to Blacklist because I know I've grown there as a player,” Yue wrote.

“To my former teammates, saying goodbye is never easy but I know we will still see each other in the Land of Dawn, not as teammates but maybe opponents this time around,” he added

Looking back at his MLBB journey, he first made waves during the MPL Philippines Season 11 as the “Rookie of the Season.”

Yue is a cool sport as he took home the “Sportsmanship Award” during the MPL Philippines Season13.

It's still unknown where OhmyV33nus, Edward, and Yue will play, or whether they will play in MPL Philippines Season 14 or not under a new banner locally or internationally.
