With already two wins, Gilas Pilipinas has a chance of booking a ticket for the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup in Saudi Arabia after this November window.
The November window will prove to be crucial for a lot of teams in the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup Qualifiers.
At the end of the November 21-25 window, a number of teams could already book their ticket to Saudi Arabia.

How to qualify for the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup?
There are 24 teams who have been divided into six groups of four.
They are battling in home and away games against the three countries in their group in three windows--February 2024, November 2024, and February 2025.
The top two teams in each group book a slot in the 2025 FIBA Asia Cup.
The six third-ranked teams will play for the final four places via the final qualifying tournament.

Group B standings

The Philippines is 2-0 after Window 1, having beaten both Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei.
According to FIBA, there are two qualification scenarios for Gilas Pilipinas in Window 2.

Scenario 1: Philippines beats both New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Scenario 2: Philippines beats Hong Kong AND New Zealand gets two wins.
Otherwise, Gilas Pilipinas would have to bounce back in Window 3.

The same goes for the Tall Blacks. Judd Flavell's squad qualifies by either getting two wins OR they beat Chinese Taipei while Tim Cone's team secures two victories.

Iran can qualify with wins against Kazakhstan and Qatar. They can also reach the FIBA Asia Cup if they beat Qatar AND Kazakhstan gets two victories.
