It is a triple celebration for Petro Gazz hitter Brooke Van Sickle as she was crowned the PNVF Champions League Most Valuable Player on Saturday night.
Van Sickle hoisted the coveted individual award moments after steering the Angels to a title-clinching win over Cignal at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum.
The Filipina-American athlete also earned
one of the two Best Open Hitter awards, alongside her Petro Gazz teammate Jonah Sabete.
Remy Palma of Petro Gazz and Aby Maraño of Chery Tiggo bagged the Best Middle Blocker recognitions. Meanwhile, College of Saint Benilde's Gayle Pascual was named as the Best Opposite Hitter.
The Best Libero plum was given to Dawn Macandili-Catindig of Cignal as her teammate, Gel Cayuna, received the Best Setter award.
