Ishie Lalongisip, Trisha Tubu and Thea Gagate truly stood out in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, both earning well-deserved honors.
Lalongisip was named Rookie of the Conference, Tubu took home the Best Opposite Spiker award, and Gagate was hailed as the Best Middle Blocker.
On Instagram, both athletes expressed their gratitude, thanking their teammates, coaches, and fans for their support.
Lalongisip posted, “Thank you Lord for all the blessings and opportunities,”
She also shared her appreciation for the Cignal family saying, “more than a team, its a family!! Always grateful for every step, every opportunity and even the setbacks. We’ll surely turn this setback into fuel for an even stronger comeback! Blessed to be part of this family :) Daghang salamat sa inyong suporta at pagtitiwala sa team awesome. See y’all next confe!!”
Tubu, in her heartfelt post, dedicated her Best Opposite Spiker award to her team and family, saying, “Inspired to do more! Thank you Lord!”
Also, a special mention to Thea Gagate, who has been an inspiration on and off the court. Her boyfriend, Sean Alter, shared a loving tribute to her, praising her dedication and the support they share.
