On Sunday night, Tristan "YAWI" Cabrera and his team, ECHO, swept Blacklist International in the M4 World Championship grand finals to get their revenge and become new world champions.
On the same night, moments after the win, NU women's volleyball team libero Jennifer Nierva tweeted this:
Many fans speculate this is a congratulatory tweet to Cabrera and ECHO. Nierva neither confirmed nor denied what the fans think, but she defended her move by simply saying, "Ano pati pagpalakpak bawal na (rin)?"
On the other hand, netizens also noticed that ECHO’s star roamer liked Nierva’s tweet.
Nierva and Cabrera's relationship had been public for the most part of 2022, until a cheating scandal allegedly involving Cabrera circulated on Facebook at the start of the year.
UAAP's Season 84 Best Libero has already deleted her posts with Cabrera on her social media pages. She even tweeted about focusing on self-love this 2023.
