There is no doubt the arrival of Christian Standhardinger and Stanley Pringle, as well as the return of Kevin Ferrer, make the Terrafirma Dyip a playoff team.
After making a dramatic quarterfinal finish in the PBA Season 48 Philippine Cup, the Terrafirma Dyip now look like a fresh team heading into the new season.
While All-Star Juami Tiongson still headlines the roster that also includes mainstays Aldrech Ramos and Andreas Cahilig, the Dyip feature five fresh faces.
Among them are Christian Standhardinger and Stanley Pringle, traded from Barangay Ginebra San Miguel in a blockbuster deal that shook basketball fans days before the rookie draft.
To get these prized cagers, the Dyip had to let go of players equally as valuable such as promising young stars Stephen Holt and Isaac Go.
The arrival of the two PBA champions, plus the return of Kevin Ferrer from injury, make the Dyip a legitimate playoff team.

The PBA reported on Thursday, August 15, Antonio Hester will return to the PBA to reinforce his old team.

Outlook:
Much is expected from a team that has two former Best Player of the Conference in Standhardinger and Pringle.
While they are relatively in the latter part of their careers, there’s no denying what these two can bring to the table for the win-starved Dyip.
Another playoff appearance, safe to say, is automatic.
