The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel Gin Kings felt rejuvenated after the Christmas break, clinching their first win of 2025 against the San Miguel Beermen, 93-81, in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup on Sunday, January 5.
Troy Rosario led the Gin Kings with 22 points along with 10 rebounds and one block.
