Terrence Romeo made his debut with Terrafirma on Friday, losing to Magnolia after returning from injury.
For the first time since March 2018, Terrence Romeo and Stanley Pringle shared the court again as teammates on Friday, Jan. 10.
Only this time, the once explosive GlobalPort duo is donning green and white.
After sitting out Terrafirma’s first eight games owing to a right calf injury, Romeo finally saw action but the Dyip fell prey to Magnolia, 89-84 in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Indeed, the two torched their opposition night in night out from 2014 to 2018. In fact, they even led the Batang Pier to their first semifinals in the 2015 Philippine Cup.
Romeo, though, is far from that form.
The former PBA scoring champion wound up with three points and two assists in more than 13 minutes of play.
Asked to assess his fitness, Romeo said he is at 80 to 90 percent already. But timing is the problem.
Kasi ayoko biglain e,” he said.
“Tagal kong hindi naglimahan tapos lalaro akong limahan then all out agad.
Nonetheless, the former UAAP MVP is just glad to be back on the court again.
“OK naman, masaya na nakabalik na uli. First time ko mag 5-on-5 siguro after more than one month or two months. Ito yung first time na naglimahan ako,” he said.
