Mike Watkins has maintained his advantage in the Best Import race at the end of the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup elimination round.
The NLEX import amassed 52.7 statistical points (SPs) built on his league-high averages of 20.8 rebounds and 2.7 blocks on top of his 26.7 points and 1.4 assists.
But his case for the individual award got a blow as NLEX exited from the tournament following a loss to Magnolia in the playoff for the No. 8 spot.
Running second is TNT’s two-time Best Import winner Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, who amassed 27.7 points, 12.1 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 2.2 steals and 1.8 blocks per game for 51.8 SPs.

Top-seeded NorthPort’s Kadeem Jack is not too far behind with 51.6 SPs he earned after collecting averages of 31.7 points, 11.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.3 blocks.
Rounding out the Top Five are Magnolia’s Ricardo Ratliffe (50.1SPs) and also-ran Phoenix’s Donovan Smith (47.3).
