The Choco Mucho Flying Titans is one of the most popular teams in the PVL, formed in 2019 with pretty much the entire lineup composed of players from the Ateneo Blue Eagles.
But in four years, Choco Mucho has yet to reward their fanbase with hardware. Their best finish was in 2021 when the Flying Titans ended up fourth in the Open Conference. Since then, they've been consistent in seventh place.
The famous squad will try to change that in the coming PVL conference, which will be the second All-Filipino tourney this season.
"Gusto naming i-angat 'yung standing namin. From seventh place, gusto naming pumasok sa Final Four," Choco Mucho coach Dante Alinsunurin said in an article posted on the league's website.
Choco Mucho will bank on the momentum of their international trip as the squad participates in the VTV Cup international women's volleyball tournament in Vietnam.
"Magiging malaking impact sa team kasi yung exposure namin sa international," Alinsunurin pointed out.
"Alam naman magiging babalik sa player kapag naglaro sa international. Mas magiging kumpiyansa sila."
Expect nothing less than greatness from Choco Mucho when they return to the country and try to conquer the PVL.
