It’s time to get back to work and fly higher next season.
Caitlyn Viray was all smiles when she posed for a picture hoisting the PVL Second All-Filipino Conference runner-up trophy.
It was understandable.
Despite their bridesmaid finish, Viray was grateful to see the Choco Mucho Flying Titans get better in every conference.
On Sunday, the opposite hitter took to Instagram to positively reflect on their journey this season, even though it ended with a loss to the Creamline Cool Smashers in their best-of-three finals.
“From 7th place to our first finals appearance together. Grateful for each and everyone in this team, coaching staff, management, and fans who never stop believing and cheering for us,” said Viray.
“Thank you so much for the trust and support through ups and downs. Solid kayong lahat,” she added.
Of course, she had a lot to do with that.
While Sisi Rondina emerged as the main gunner of Choco Mucho, the 5-foot-8 Viray's impact has also been undeniable. She had her fair share of moments in the conference, including in their wins over the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
Even with limited minutes, Viray proved that she could contribute and provide support to Rondina, Kat Tolentino, Maddie Madayag, and the rest of the stars.

That’s why there’s no doubt the Flying Titans will continue soaring next season.
