Brooke Van Sickle continues to elevate her performance in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference, with the support system of the Petro Gazz Angels.
It is no secret that Brooke Van Sickle has established herself as an all-around contributor for the Petro Gazz Angels in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
On Saturday, though, the Filipina-American sensation buckled down on the offensive end.
Delivering her best scoring performance in the league yet, Van Sickle scintillated with 24 points. She hammered down 18 attacks, four aces, and two blocks to buoy the Angels over the Akari Chargers in a tight straight-set affair.

Following such an offensive outburst, Van Sickle deflected credit to her ever-supportive teammates.
"Volleyball isn’t a one person sport, right? You have your teammates. And at the end of the day, I scored 24 points but I can’t do that without my teammates," the former US NCAA standout said.
"My team did a very good job defending and passing was a little shaky at some points but what really mattered is we walked in, we were able to get it done," she added.
Van Sickle pointed out that Petro Gazz has provided her a place to flourish ever since she became a part of the team.
With a strong, reliable wind underneath her wings, the 25-year-old outside hitter finds herself in prime position to elevate her prolific game to greater heights.
"My teammates are extremely comfortable for me to be able to play and I know when I’m hitting they have my back and when I make errors, I know they’re gonna make up for it or they’ll have me emotionally. Yeah, credit to the team," she shared.
Van Sickle and the Angels look to continue banking on their fine connection when they take on Farm Fresh on March 14, Thursday.
The match will air on One Sports, One Sports+, and the Pilipinas Live app.
