The Choco Mucho Flying Titans will look to secure the top spot in the standings in their final three games in the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Kat Tolentino will be missing some time as she deals with an auditory condition, the Choco Mucho Flying Titans announced on Monday, April 8.
In an official statement, the Flying Titans expressed understanding and support for Tolentino's situation, who sat out the team’s past two games in the PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Choco Mucho also emphasized that Tolentino's absence is a precautionary measure recommended by her doctors to facilitate a full recovery.
"You may have noticed Kat Tolentino has not been playing lately. That's because she is recuperating from an auditory condition she developed some weeks back, and her doctor advised her to take precautions and to rest," the statement read.
Despite Tolentino's temporary absence, the Flying Titans conveyed confidence that Tolentino will soon be cleared to rejoin her teammates on the court, where her presence and skill have been instrumental in their successes.
"Don't worry she will be cleared soon and will be back on the court to help the Flying Titans in our upcoming games," it read.
The Flying Titans currently sit atop the PVL standings with a 7-1 record, with just three games left in their schedule before the semifinals.
