Former F2 Logistics Cargo Mover Kalei Mau is excited to become a mother after announcing her pregnancy on social media with her partner Jahlani Tavai of the New England Patriots.
From competing in professional volleyball leagues to becoming a mother, Philippine national team ace and former F2 Logistics Cargo Movers superstar Kalei Mau is set begin a new chapter in her life.
On her social media page, Mau posted an announcement video where she bared that she is expecting her first child with New England Patriots linebacker Jahlani Tavai.
“Baby Tavai coming soon,” Mau wrote in her post.
“We’ve been blessed to start a family of our own. Something I’ve always prayed for. Mahalo Ke Akua,” she added.
The announcement sparked a wave of love and warm wishes from her adoring fans, former teammates, and fellow athletes, all of whom are eagerly awaiting this new chapter in Mau's life.
Among those who greeted were Creamline Cool Smashers superstar Alyssa Valdez and former teammates in F2 Logistics Aby Maraño, Majoy Baron, and Michelle Cobb.
“Happy for you,” Valdez commented on Mau’s post on Instagram.
“Exciting times buddy! I love you,” said Baron.
“Omg sisszzzy! Congratulations, I love this for you,” Maraño added.
Mau was a two-time Philippine Superliga champion and one-time MVP. She last played for the F2 Logistics in the 2022 PVL Reinforced Conference.
The Fil-American standout was also part of the Philippine women’s volleyball team that bagged the bronze medal at the 2019 ASEAN Grand Prix.
As they prepare for this new chapter, it’s safe to say that Mau and Tavai are excited about becoming parents.
