The Capital1 Solar Spikers add some necessary firepower for the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference with the signing of spiker Trisha Genesis.
The Capital1 Solar Spikers made sure to strengthen their roster ahead of the resumption of the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference by signing power spiker Trisha Genesis.
Genesis previously showcased her talents with the Nxled Chameleons and Akari Chargers, where she established herself as a reliable offensive option and an all-around player whether starting or coming off the bench.
With the Solar Spikers, the 24-year-old spiker is expected to have a bigger role under coach Roger Gorayeb.
Capital1 has shown promise throughout the season with its young roster but has faced challenges in maintaining consistency. With the addition of Genesis, the team hopes to solidify its offensive firepower while also adding depth to its rotation.
Genesis’ first test with her new team could come soon as the All-Filipino Conference resumes action.
