The Choco Mucho Flying Titans bucked a first set defeat to overpower the PLDT High Speed Hitters in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference.
Choco Mucho notched its third straight win after downing PLDT, 21-25, 25-22, 25-18, 25-18, in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig on Thursday, Jan. 23.
Tied at 17-all in the fourth frame, the Flying Titans went on a 7-0 run anchored on Sisi Rondina and Chery Nunag's combined five points.
Erika Santos stopped the bleeding for the High Speed Hitters with a crosscourt hit, but it was too late as Rondina sealed the win for Choco Mucho with a down-the-line kill which Kath Arado could not save.
Rondina was named Player of the Game after putting up 20 points on 19 attacks and one service ace.

The Flying Titans thus improved to 5-3 for solo fourth while PLDT dropped to joint fifth with Akari Chargers and Chery Tiggo with their identical 4-3 records.
Choco Mucho will have a lengthy break ahead of them before taking on the Chargers on Feb. 8 at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig.
