Dante Alinsunurin fully embraces his dual coaching role as he returns to Manila to fulfill his UAAP duties with the National University Bulldogs after steering the Choco Mucho Flying Titans to a sixth straight win in the PVL.
Fresh off steering Choco Mucho to a statement win in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, chief tactician Dante Alinsunurin returns to Manila to fulfill his duties for National University in the UAAP Season 87 men’s volleyball tournament.
As the Flying Titans wrapped up their elimination round campaign on a six-game winning streak after defeating Chery Tiggo in Passi City, Iloilo, Saturday, Feb. 22, Alinsunurin immediately shifted his attention to his collegiate team, the National University.
The Bulldogs will tangle with Far Eastern University at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Sunday, Feb. 23.
Match is at 12 p.m.

The quick transition is nothing new for the seasoned mentor, who juggles responsibilities between club and collegiate volleyball.
“Gusto ko 'yung ginagawa ko. Dahil sa nangyari na ito kasi, sobra pa akong nagiging eager pang matuto sa mga ganito,” Alinsunurin told reporters after the Flying Titans and the Crossovers' showdown.
