Throwing in the towel may have crossed Coach Taka Minowa's mind after the Akari Chargers were down two sets against the Choco Mucho Flying Titans.
But players had other things in mind, sparking a comeback that led to victory in Game 1 of the 2024-2025 PVL All-Filipino Conference Battle for Third.
"They are not giving up today. We can show our fighting spirit [today], and much better. We need to work on it in [the] one more game," Coach Taka said during the post-game press conference.
