The PVL grand slam champion secured a 2-0 set lead, then rode the momentum to unleash a 5-1 start in the third set.
The Cool Smashers never looked back from there as they held off any fightback by Al Naser Club.
Heading to the finish line with a three-point lead at 19-16, the crowd favorites went on a 6-3 burst to close it out, with Staunton delivering the game-winning kill.
Staunton led the way with 17 points on 13 attacks, one block and three service aces. Valdez finished with 10 points, while Kudryashova and Kolomoyets added nine and eight markers, respectively.
Creamline will look to secure the top spot in Pool A when it clashes with Kazakhstan’s Zhetysu VC on Monday, April 21.
