They're young and they get exposure from the best.
Looks like Season 86 is going to be fire.
After participating in pre-season tournaments, the UP Fighting Maroons and the De La Salle Green Archers did not have much time to relax as they head abroad for more training ahead of UAAP Season 86.
UP went to Serbia for training, as shared by the Nowhere to go but UP page, along with a photo of the Fighting Maroons in Novi Sad.
They were 6-1 in their tune-ups.
UP recently won by two points with one second left against KK Borac Zemun.
The Fighting Maroons also won 85-81 against KK Hadjuk Kula, and 109-76 against KK Petrovgrad Zrenjanin.
It was a bounce-back victory for UP after absorbing a loss against the same Serbian First League squad a few days past.
The Fighting Maroons also snagged an 85-65 win against the U-19 Bosnian national team.
Meanwhile, the Green Archers are in Japan, based on an Instagram post by sports journalist and basketball analyst Quinito Henson.
La Salle will be playing five games in the country before heading home next Monday.
