Kean Baclaan has completed his move to the De La Salle Green Archers on Saturday.

After his departure from the NU Bulldogs, Baclaan will now reunite with former Dela Salle Zobel teammate and reigning UAAP MVP Kevin Quiambao.

He will also form an exciting backcourt with former San Beda star guard Jacob Cortez in Taft. Cortez left the Red Lions' lair after leading the team to the NCAA championship.

Baclaan took to X (formerly Twitter) to confirm this development.

“Animo,” he wrote on his tweet accompanied by a green heart emoji as reference to the Green Archers.

Fans will have to wait a little longer before seeing him don the green-and-white jersey, though, as he will have to red-shirt the next UAAP season.

In Season 86, Baclaan averaged 10.6 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.4 assists, for the Bulldogs. They wound up third.
