Philippine squads are still going strong in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup (MSC). But can they survive the knockout stage?

Here's how things are going heading to the quarterfinals on Wednesday afternoon.

Unlike other MLBB tournaments, there are no lower brackets and second chances for defeated squads.

Singapore's RSG, winner of Group B, will take on BURN X FLASH of Cambodia in a best-of-five affair.

Philippines' Blacklist International, winner of Group D, will face Turkey's Fire Flux Impunity.

M4 world champions ECHO, winner of Group A, will be battling MPL Malaysia Season 11 titleholder TODAK.

And then it's going to be an Indonesia vs Indonesia battle between Group C winner ONIC and EVOS Legends.

See the breakdown:

Can anyone beat ECHO?

The House of Highlights are at the top of the world for a reason.

In the group stage, they racked up a total of 84 kills, 188 assists, and collected 3,316.9 gold per minute to be ranked second overall.

Leading the way for the Orcas is gold laner Frederic Benedict "Bennyqt" Gonzales, who picked up two MVP nods and shares the kill leaderboard with EVOS' Tazz at 34. He is also far ahead in the tournament when it comes to gold per minute at 830.54.

Midlaner Alson "Sanji" Pabico is fourth in the kill rankings with 28. And in five games, he averaged a KDA of 10.0.

The SanSan duo with Sanford Vinuya must be feared.

Roamer Tristan "YAWI" Cabrera shouldn't be messed with as well, ranking third for most assists with 50.

Check out this Yawi-Bennyqt combo.

The Orcas are 2-0 in the group stage, only giving up a single game against Fire Flux.

But they may have a bit of a challenge from a chaotic TODAK, who gave the Agents a scare with a backdoor win at the very last game of the group stage. Case in point, this wild play from Muhammad "CikuGais" Fuad with Arlott.

Is Blacklist International getting decoded?

ECHO has proven Blacklist is fallible during M4. TODAK has showed a weakness in the UBE play with a split push heading to a backdoor win.

Fire Flux Impunity will need to capitalize on that to seek an upset. But who will they even try to close out during the draft?

Queen roamer Jonmar "OhMyV33NUS" Villaluna has displayed flexibility with a wide hero pool, leading the tournament with 52 assists even as opponents kept banning signature pick Estes.

Her partner and jungler Danerie "Wise" Rosario is fifth in KDA with 9.7, thanks to a psycho Fredrinn.

Blacklist's recruits have proven to be invaluable as well, with midlaner Kenneth Carl "Yue" Tadeo shown to be on the mark with Novaria. He's second in KDA with 10.4, next only to ONIC's Sanz at 10.8.

Gold laner Lee Howard "Owl" Gonzales is also giving very good accounting for himself, going second for most gold per minute at 773.79.

With an early Indonesia vs Indonesia clash in the quarterfinals, will there be another Philippines vs Philippines finals?

The quarterfinals will begin this Wednesday with a best-of-five between RSG and BURN X FLASH, before the clash between Blacklist International and Fire Flux Impunity.
