The VCT Pacific stage is part of a series of tournaments to determine teams that can qualify for the VCT Masters in Toronto, Canada this year.
GE opened the series with a Lotus map pick, where they dominated en route to a 12-4 lead.
DFM tried to make a late run by taking the next three rounds, but GE finished off the map with an aggressive attack on DFM's spawn point despite playing as defenders on Match 20.
Game 2 also saw GE take a 12-5 lead in Pearl map before DFM launched a furious rally, taking the game to 12-11 including a clutch defuse from Akame in Match 20.
However, GE's Pinoy duelist Mark "patrickWHO" Musni made a 3k play as Jett that sealed the game at 13-11.
Fellow Pinoy player Kelly "kellyS" Sedillo was named MVP of the series with 16 kills and 13 deaths for a 2.5 KDA in Game 1 and 19 kills and 17 deaths for a 1.5 KDA in Game 2.
GE will take a nine-day break before they face-off with Boom ESports on March 31, while DFM will go against DRX on March 30.
Meanwhile, Masters Bangkok champion T1 emerged victorious against Japan-based team Zeta Division 2-1.
The two teams traded of their maps, with T1 overwhelming Fracture while Zeta taking Split in overtime.
But T1 put the nail in Zeta's coffin as they win in Haven, 13-5.
T1's Kim Tae-oh (Meteor) opened the third game with a 13-0-0 KDA in the first four rounds as Iso, but it was Ham Woo-Joo (iZu) who finished the series with a 4k play as Cypher in Match 18.
During the series, Meteor logged his 2000th kill in professional Valorant play, the first and most in the VCT Pacific region.
T1 will play againon March 29 against Nongshim RedForce, while Zeta will face a full Pinoy squad in Team Secret on the same day.
