Fifi Sharma entered the chat.
The country has witnessed Kai Sotto grow up from a lanky teenager to a young stud. Throughout the years, he's gained a lot of admirers as arguably the Philippines' top basketball prospect.
He has become more of a public figure recently, most especially since he's trying to make it to the NBA. Even his personal life has routinely made the rounds on social media, including his rumored relationship with volleyball star Fifi Sharma.
While it's still unclear if Sotto and Sharma are exclusively dating, actress Andrea Brillantes gamely said she's open to dating the 21-year-old Gilas Pilipinas center.
On her latest vlog, which was posted on YouTube two days ago, Brillantes and her BFFs played the deeply profound game of "Date or Pass." Because if you haven't played that yet, then what's the meaning of life?
Sotto was one of the guys they brought up, and the 20-year-old actress was the only one who said "Date." She said she already met Sotto before and described him as a "nice guy."
"Wala lang, para masabi lang na I dated a seven-footer before. May standards ako na mahilig ako sa tall guys," explained Brillantes, who previously dated former UP Fighting Maroons star Ricco Rivero.
Speaking of Rivero, his former teammate in the Diliman-based squad was also brought up: Kobe Paras. The high-flying forward, however, got a "Pass" from Brillantes. She said Paras was a snob.
"Kaya ako nag-pass kay Kobe kasi nag-usap na kami then after namin magkita agad sa party parang nilagpasan niya lang ako," said Brillantes. "Parang OK, guwapo ka pero suplado."
Another basketball player was included in the vlog, which has garnered close to 750 thousand views as of writing. Like Paras, Dave Ildefonso got a "Pass" from Brillantes. She clarified though that she's open to dating the Suwon KT Sonicboom guard, but she had to give him a "Pass" because one of her friends is "obsessed" with him.
No dirty laundry was aired in public in the making of the video.
