Bryan Bagunas has truly made Taiwan home, winning a second-straight Top Volleyball League championship with Win Streak Sunday.
Bagunas led Win Streak to a 25-22, 25-21, 25-21, Game 2 victory over Pingtung Taipower, sweeping the Finals series and capping another dominant season with a title.
The Win Streak ace scored 16 points in the clincher, all from attacks. In Game 1 Saturday, Bagunas scored 20 points, built off of 17 attacks, two blocks, and an ace.
For the second-straight season, Bagunas was the no. 1 scorer in the TVL, scoring 436 points in the regular season.
In Win Streak’s perfect playoff run of five games, Bagunas finished with an even 100 points. For the 2023-24 season, Win Streak wrapped things up with a 24-1 record.
