The East Asia Super League continues this Wednesday in Korea and Chinese Taipei, as the Suwon KT Sonicboom and Macau Black Bears plunge back into action after their games in Manila earlier this month.

Leaving Manila with a mixed bag of results — with Suwon winning over the San Miguel Beermen and Macau falling against the Meralco Bolts, both teams will eye victories against their respective foes.

The Sonicboom, who had dropped Fil-Italian guard Dalph Panopio shortly before starting their EASL stint, will defend home court against the Taoyuan Pauian Pilots--who are opening their 2024-25 EASL season.

Suwon reinforcement Rayshaun Hammonds will try to lead his team anew after his 39 points and 14 rebounds in the victory over San Miguel last October 2.

Meanwhile, the Black Bears are the road team for the second match in a row when they play the New Taipei Kings.

After falling against Meralco in their previous outing, Macau will be hard-strapped to get on the win column.

Forward-guard tandem Will Artino and Jenning Leung are expected to lead the Black Bears against the Kings.

Artino, in particular, is coming off of a 23-point outing in the loss against the Meralco Bolts.

PBA teams Meralco and San Miguel will return to action on November 13, at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.

San Miguel will seek their first win in the EASL against the Pilots while the Bolts will try to go two-for-two against the Busan KCC Egis.
