PBA fans are excited to see LA Tenorio return to the PBA court after battling and overcoming Stage 3 colon cancer.
The Barangay Ginebra San Miguel star will play his first game since their February 19 clash against the Blackwater Elite in the 2023 PBA Governors’ Cup.
While Tenorio has eased on his role with Ginebra once he returns, his teammates continue to express their excitement to see their floor general back on the court once more.
Speaking to the media, Christian Standhardinger revealed what he has learned from Tenorio’s battle against cancer.
“I think it's always inspiring if good human beings, great human beings go and conquer challenges and go through difficulties and then come out on top,” said Standhardinger.
“I think that inspires the whole nation, that inspires a lot of people as it is inspiring me,” he added.
