Jonnel Policarpio inked a three-year deal with NLEX on Monday, July 29.

The Road Warriros announced the signing of the sixth overall pick in the recent PBA Season 49 Rookie Draft last July 14 at the Glorietta Activity Center.

After foregoing his remaining years with La Salle, the 6-foot-5 cager decided to throw his name into the Draft that had the likes of Justin Baltazar, Kai Ballungay, RJ Abarrientos, and Caelan Tiongson.

The former UAAP champion with the Green Archers raised his Draft stock after turning heads in the PBA Draft Combine mini tournament, where he led Team B1 to the championship and later won the Most Valuable Player plum.
