Brgy. Ginebra's Stephen Holt proved crucial in holding the Gin Kings together before their late game surge in game three of the PBA Season 48 Governors' Cup quarterfinals against the Meralco Bolts.
Stephen Holt's consistency throughout game three held Ginebra San Miguel together until their fourth quarter scoring surge to complete the sweep of the Meralco Bolts.
Holt finished with 19 points, seven rebounds, and five assists.
Aside from Holt, Ginebra import Justin Brownlee and veteran Japeth Aguilar chipped in 23 and 19 points, respectively.
The Gin Kings are now in the semifinals, waiting for the winner between the San Miguel Beermen and Converge FiberXers.
