The Ginebra Gin Kings are eager to come out firing in their win-or-go-home battle against the TNT Tropang Giga in Game 6 of the PBA Governors’ Cup Finals.
Ginebra coach Tim Cone hopes to have his wards recharged after looking fatigued in Game 5 of its best-of-seven PBA Season 49 Governors’ Cup Finals joust with TNT last Wednesday, Nov. 6.
The Gin Kings is now standing on the threshold of the exits at 2-3 after absorbing a 72-99 loss to the Tropang Giga.
In contrast, TNT is now just a victory away from a title repeat in the conference.

“We just got to get our guys back and rested. We looked overly tired [in Game 5],” said Cone after the match at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao.
“Even though we had a two-day break [before Game 5], we looked overly tired. We weren't moving well.”
The Tropang Giga capitalized on Ginebra’s sloppy play, which is why Cone wants his wards to come out with some desperation heading into Game 6 with everything on the line.
“Now our back is to the wall, and we have to come out with a little bit of desperation in Game 6,” Cone said.
“No one feels worse about losing a game like this than me, but it's the same as losing a 30-point game, losing a one-point game. It's the same in the series. So, we just got to move on, get ready for Game 6, and see what we can do in Game 6.”
Match is set on Friday, Nov. 8, in the same venue.
