The Blackwater Bossing aim to keep their faint playoff hopes alive as they take on the Converge FiberXers in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner’s Cup on Sunday, Jan. 19, at the Ynares Center in Antipolo.

Tip-off is set for 5:00 p.m.

Currently at 2-7, Blackwater is coming off an encouraging 96-86 victory over Terrafirma, a win that showcased the Bossing's resilience and kept their mathematical playoff chances intact.

For the Bossing, every game from here on out is a must-win situation if they are to climb into postseason contention.

George King has been the anchor for Blackwater, providing consistency and leadership on both ends of the court.

With Sedrick Barefield likely out due to injury, the rest of the local crew need to step up against a formidable Converge squad.

Facing the 7-3 FiberXers, who are already playoff-bound, Blackwater will need to exploit every opportunity to get the upset.

Converge’s depth and firepower, led by Jordan Heading, Alec Stockton, and Cheick Diallo, present a tough challenge, but the Bossing are determined to play spoiler and extend their fight in the Commissioner's Cup.
