The high-flying Sisi Rondina will be making her indoor volleyball debut in the PVL Invitational Conference for the Choco Mucho Flying Titans, and she is looking as relaxed and ready as ever.

In the Story, Rondina is sharing a light-hearted moment with Choco Mucho setter Jem Ferrer, with the two sharing a laugh and Ferrer trying to troll the newest Flying Titan.
All the while, the beach volleyball legend is preparing to do a box jump off a squat—presumably one of the exercises that has helped Rondina become one of the highest leapers in women’s volleyball here in the country.
Of course, you know how this ends.
Rondina nails the jump effortlessly, though the landing wasn’t exactly a perfect 10.
Choco Mucho fans should be excited seeing the veteran high-flyer seemingly relaxed and in a good mood. Even more encouraging is how Rondina appears to be bonding quite well with the team’s setter, as it could potentially help develop their chemistry.
Imagine that—Ferrer setting up Rondina…. over and over and over.
She’ll have to set the volleyball quite high, though, because Rondina can sky with the best of ‘em.
