Akari Chargers officially announced the newest Charger on Monday.
Fifi Sharma is taking her swag to the PVL.
On Monday, the Akari Chargers officially welcomed their newest member in the former La Salle Lady Spiker.
The middle blocker is a valuable addition to a team that already has in its arsenal Dindin Santiago and another rookie in Faith Nisperos.
She already joined the team in practice on the same day.
Not a few La Salle fans expressed their sadness with this latest move, which came on the heels of Mars Alba and Jolina dela Cruz making the jump to the pros with the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers.
Count among them @jenndc__, who is “smiling through the pain” but still hopes for the best for Sharma.
“Rooting for u, goodluck fifi!”
@mamawS75 shared the same sentiment.
“Look good, but u r still my green and white rockstar,” the Twitter user said.
But it’s not clear though whether Sharma will reinforce the Chargers in the ongoing Invitational Conference, as this user pointed out.
“So will fifi play this conference or next conference?” the tweet read.
One thing is for sure: once Sharma sets her foot on the PVL floor, the swag bar will definitely shoot up!
