As the leader of the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, Aby Maraño has become synonymous with wisdom both on and off the court.
Even during her time with the F2 Logistics Crossovers, she courageously addressed the disrespectful culture among Filipino volleyball fans, always reminding everyone to embrace kindness and grace.
Aby also has emerged as a role model for her fellow athletes, showcasing exceptional gratitude through her dedicated fan service to her loyal supporters.
With a mature perspective, the 31-year-old Tyang took to Instagram to express her appreciation for all breadwinners.
“Cheers to all breadwinners who can’t break down because you are the backbone of the family. At dahil ikaw ang sumusuporta, hindi ka pwedeng umiyak sa harap nila, hindi mo pwedeng ipakitang pagod ka na, nahihirapan ka, malungkot, at higit sa lahat ay tumigil,” she said.
In addition to her thriving volleyball career, Aby is also managing a perfume business alongside her partner, Akari Chargers’ Kamille Cal, and running her own water refilling station.
Recognizing the weight of responsibilities carried by family breadwinners, Tyang encouraged them to take a moment to pause, rest, and seek their own happiness.
“All breadwinners deserve a break too — so rest if you must. Sometimes you have to pursue happiness. You have to pursue YOU,” she added.
