The Cignal HD Spikers are making bold moves as they prepare for a fresh start in the 2024-25 PVL All-Filipino Conference, announcing the signing of standout outside hitter Cha Cuñada.

Cha Cuñada, who made waves in the NCAA Season 98 Women's Beach Volleyball tournament, is no stranger to success. She led Colegio de San Juan de Letran to a Beach Volleyball tournament crown, earning Most Valuable Player honors for her efforts.

Before joining the Cignal HD Spikers, Cuñada played for the Chery Tiggo Crossovers in the PVL, where she showcased her versatility and skill in indoor volleyball.

Cuñada’s addition is part of the team’s effort to build a stronger, more competitive squad for 2025.

With the departure of key players Ces Molina and Riri Meneses, who opted not to renew their contracts, the Cignal HD Spikers are positioning themselves for future success with new faces like Cuñada, who is expected to make an immediate impact.

This signing marks the first of many developments as the Cignal HD Spikers look to rebuild and strengthen their roster.

The Cignal HD Spikers will kick off their campaign on Tuesday, January 21, as they face off against the Galeries Tower Highrisers at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig City.

With Cuñada now on board, the team is eager to start their new chapter and make a strong statement in the competition.
