The Final Four cast is complete but the battle for the last twice-to-beat advantage is still on.
The University of Santo Tomas Golden Tigresses secured their spot in the Final Four after beating a feisty Far Easter University Tamaraws squad, 26-24, 22-25, 25-16, 25-23, in the UAAP Season 85 women's volleyball tournament.
Eya Laura punched the game-sealing point with an off the block hit in the fourth set, as UST officially eliminated FEU from the Final Four hunt.
The Golden Tigresses improved to a 9-3 win-loss card, tied with the defending champions National University Lady Bulldogs. The De La Salle University Lady Spikers are already assured of the incentive.
"Kailangan namin itong laro na 'to. Hindi namin basta-basta puwedeng bitawan," UST libero Bernadett Pepito said after being named Best Player of the Game behind 21 excellent digs and 18 excellent receptions.
