Forthsky Padrigao charges for the UST Growling Tigers to beat the NU Bulldogs for the first time since UAAP Season 84.
The UST Growling Tigers bounced back from their sorry loss to the Adamson Soaring Falcons by beating the NU Bulldogs, 67-64.
This is UST's first win against NU since Season 84, halting a six-game skid against the Bulldogs.
Forthsky Padrigao gave UST the edge in the late rally by snatching the lead with 2:37 left in the game.
He also made a cold-blooded shot 29 seconds left in the game and sank two free throws to seal the win.
UST is now up 3-1 in the first round.
