La Salle drew a stellar triple-double showing from Angel Canino to slip past University of Santo Tomas 15-25, 25-17, 24-26, 25-21, 16-14, in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball Saturday, March 29.
The victory, however, was marred by an unfortunate incident in the fourth set, where Shevana Laput's knee accidentally hit Canino's head while the latter was on the floor.
Canino reportedly suffered from dizziness, prompting the team to rush her to the hospital after the match.
