The Philippines is hosting the 32-team field of competition for the 2025 FIVB Men's Volleyball World Championship.

The FIVB announced the final list of participants for the biggest volleyball tournament happening next year right in the Philippines.
Defending their title are the fifth ranked Italians.
Japan (#6) leads the Asian contingent as the AVC Continental Championships 2023 winner. Ryujin Nippon is no stranger to the Philippines, as a perennial favorite in the Volleyball Nations League (VNL).
Runner-up Iran (#15) and second runner-up Qatar (#21) complete the AVC podium finishers.
Egypt (#20) leads the African Volleyball Confederation as the continental winner, followed by runners-up Algeria (#50), and Libya (#44).
For the European side, world number one and continental champion Poland is at the forefront. They are followed by Slovenia (#4). France (#2) is the fourth placed team in the CEV Continental Championship, but qualified because Italy already secured a spot.
Argentina (#9) is the continental champion for South America, and is followed by podium finishers Brazil (#7) and Colombia (#45).
USA (#3) leads the North American, Central American, and Carribean contingent as the continental champion, followed by Canada (#11) and Cuba (#12).

The men's championship will take place in the Philippines from September 12 to 28, 2025.
