All hell broke lose with only under two minutes into the first quarter of the game between the Golden State Warriors and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday.

It began when Klay Thompson and Jaden McDaniels got into an altercation near midcourt that saw the former’s jersey getting ripped.

Draymond Green then put a headlock on Rudy Gobert, who appeared to be just trying to prevent things from escalating, and dragged him out of the scuffle.

Consequently, Green got thrown out. Thompson and McDaniels were ejected too.

The fracas quickly went viral with NBA fans, including Hiroshima Dragonflies center Kai Sotto.

Sotto shared a photo of the headlock in an Instagram Story. He added a bunch of crying emojis.

There’s obviously no love lost between Green and Gobert. Remember this?

It was Gobert who had the last laugh as the Timberwolves went on to beat the Warriors, 104-101. Based on reports, he also blasted Green for his "clown behavior."

“Every time Steph doesn’t play, he doesn’t want to play without his guy Steph so he does anything he can to get ejected,” Gobert said, as quoted by The Athletic's Jon Krawczynski.

This got us into thinking: In an alternate universe wherein Sotto finally makes it to the NBA, could he hold his own when things get heated?
