Filipina Olympian rower Joanie Delgaco continues to impress many ahead of the Olympic Games Paris 2024
Delgaco and her coach, Edgardo Maerina, shared jubilant smiles as they concluded their impressive performance at the 7th Waistrooss Head of River event in Schwebsange, Luxembourg.
Delgaco's exceptional skill and determination were displayed as she secured the title of the fastest female participant in the demanding 5000m handicap race.

The Waistrooss Head of River handicap race starts in Remich, Luxembourg, in front of Casa 49. Participants then row down 5000 meters to the Marina in Schwebsange.
Delgaco was invited by a member of the local training club, Régates Messines, to row in Luxembourg.
Being the first Pinoy rower to make it to the Olympics, Delgaco will look to continue her form heading into Paris 2024 in the hopes of bringing home a medal for the Philippines.
