When all is said and done, Terrence Romeo will likely go down as one of the purest scorers and best handlers in the PBA.

From his meteoric rise in high school to dominating the UAAP and then the PBA, the San Miguel Beermen star has seemingly done it all.

But what many fans don’t know is that being a professional hooper isn’t always just about doing good on the court, there are also plenty of things to consider outside of it.

Fortunately for Romeo, there’s been one person by his side throughout his basketball career—his agent, Niño Reyes.

In his Instagram story, Romeo posted a video of him spending time with Reyes.

"Visited the person I owe a lot," wrote Romeo.

The 31-year-old guard, who's still recovering from a knee injury, was not alone. He was also joined by his San Miguel teammate Vic Manuel.

Reyes has been Romeo’s agent since his days at FEU, where he blossomed into a superstar.

It’s clear that the SMB bucket-getter hasn’t forgotten to thank the people who have helped him along the way. His bond with Reyes has aided him in having a successful career and having a good life outside of basketball.

While Romeo still in sickbay, the depleted Beermen are set to face the still-winless Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, who are debuting a new import in Demetrius Treadwell, this Wednesday.

Catch the game live later at 8 p.m. on A2Z, PBA Rush, and the Pilipinas Live app.
