A PBA proposed trade has NLEX sending Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser back to the Bossing.
Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser could be set for a Blackwater homecoming.
NLEX proposed a trade to send the former no. 1 pick back to the Bossing for Ato Ular, Yousef Taha, and Blackwater’s first round pick in the PBA Season 51 Draft.
The trade is pending approval by the PBA’s Commissioner’s office.
If the swap pushes through, Ganuelas-Rosser returns to the team that took him first in the PBA Season 47 Draft. He joined NLEX later in 2022 in a three-team deal that included TNT.
“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Brandon for his unwavering dedication and contributions during his three remarkable conferences with NLEX,” said NLEX Road Warriors team governor Ronald Dulatre.
“His time as a Road Warrior will forever be cherished, and we wish him the best of luck with his next team. Brandon will always hold a special place in the NLEX family.”
Ganuelas-Rosser, who played a total of 28 games with the Road Warriors, averaged 8.4 points and 3.6 rebounds in the PBA Season 48 Commissioner’s Cup.
Ato Ular, who was with BGR in Blackwater’s original rookie haul in 2022, made that season’s All-Rookie Team.
