San Miguel Beermen big man June Mar Fajardo had a monstrous double-double performance in game 5 of the PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup quarterfinals against the Converge FiberXers.
The San Miguel Beermen advance to the semifinals after their 109-105 win against the Converge FiberXers in Game 5 of the PBA Season 49 Governors' Cup quarterfinals last Sunday, October 6.
Big man Kune Mar Fajardo exploded for the Beermen with 40 points and 24 rebounds.
"Do-or-die na 'to eh. Kapag natalo, wala, uwi. Ayaw pa namin umuwi. So kelangan namin manalo," Fajardo said.
San Miguel will face Brgy. Ginebra in the in the best-of-seven semifinals series starting Wednesday, October 9.
