PLDT High Speed Hitters superstar Kim Kianna Dy and boyfriend Dwight Ramos celebrated their fourth year together as a couple.
Dy posted a sweet Instagram Story with Ramos as the two were spending a casual time together with a simple dinner date.

Dy is currently recovering from a knee injury that kept the former DLSU Lady Spiker from playing in the Premier Volleyball League for nearly a year now.

Meanwhile, Ramos just signed a contract to extend his stay with Hokkaido Levanga for the third straight season.
The Gilas Pilipinas guard averaged a career-high 10.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.5 steals per game after appearing in 43 games for Hokkaido last season, who finished 17-43 for the year.
