Creamline is coming off from a four-set loss against the Petro Gazz Angels and were looking to bounce back in order to clinch a Finals berth and defend the title.
Meanwhile, Akari is still in the running for a slot in the finals, having defeated the Choco Mucho Flying Titans in their first game of the round-robin semis.
