The Adamson Lady Falcons sharpen their skills in an intense one-week training camp in Taipei, Taiwan as they aim to rise above the competition ahead of the UAAP Season 87 women’s volleyball tournament.

The Adamson Lady Falcons are in full-throttle mode as they make the most of the offseason, setting their sights on an international training camp in Taipei, Taiwan.
Head coach JP Yude emphasizes that this intensive camp is all about gaining experience and building unshakable chemistry on and off the court.
“Number one thing, ‘yong how to gain experience talaga para sa mga bata,” he said.
“You want to learn how to adjust and to respond sa situation, especially in the pressure moments, malalakas kalaban. Then, mabuo ‘yong chemistry, to know each other well in and out of the court,” he added, via Akari Sports' Instagram.
The Lady Falcons have already faced off with players from National Taiwan Normal University and New Taipei City CMFC, bringing a new level of intensity to their training.
Among those pushing their limits is Shaina Nitura, MVP and high school team sports Athlete of the Year for the Baby Lady Falcons, who led her team to complete a perfect season in the UAAP Season 86 girls' volleyball tournament.
