Live, love, and laugh– the last being something that Alas Pilipinas team captain Jia Morado-De Guzman, Jen Nierva, Alyssa Solomon, and Julia Coronel could not hold on for a bit.

Nierva shared a funny clip on her social media on Friday, August 23, along with her three teammates as the quartet took part in a “Try Not to Open Your Eyes at the Same Time" challenge.

“Endless laughs and good times with my incredible teammates! Big thanks to Ate Jia for sharing the video and jumping on this trend with me. Shoutout to Aly, Juju, and Ate Dawn too! This night was unforgettable,” the Alas libero posted.

But the catch is the pairs drink water beforehand and will then start the challenge until both are able to hold water in their mouths.

The Chery Tiggo Crossover libero joined forces with multi-decorated setter while the 2024 Draft second overall pick in Coronel teamed up with the Best Opposite Spiker of the women's SEA V.League-Leg 2 in Solomon.

Dawn Macandili-Catindig wanted no part of the challenge and instead came “prepared” for what's next to come, covering her entire belongings with an umbrella.

De Guzman and Nierva were up first, but the duo could not get their act together, who burst out laughing even before the challenge started.

Coronel and Solomon were up next as the former rivals-turn-teammates were also exchanging bits of their laughter early and it was the former De La Salle main setter who finally gave in.

Ge Guzman and Nierva gave it another go, but it was the latter who once again dropped the ball and bursted out laughing.

It was a wholesome yet funny team-bonding moment for the Jia-mazing and Co., who nabbed back-to-back bronze medal finishes in the 2024 SEA V.League tournament just a week ago.
