Christian Standhardinger looks primed to secure his second straight Best Player of the Conference plum.

The Barangay Ginebra big man remains ahead of the BPC race after collecting 35.7 statistical points anchored on averages of 16.5 points, 9.9 rebounds and 5.0 assists.

San Miguel's CJ Perez, however, is within striking distance after amassing 35.5 SPs built on his outputs of 16.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.9 steals per game that helped propel the Beermen to the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals against Magnolia.

Standhardinger and the rest of the Gin Kings, though, were dethroned by San Miguel in a sweep of their best-of-five semis encounter.

The winner will be announced before Game Four of the ongoing finals.

Meanwhile, San Miguel's Bennie Boatwright sets the pace among the Best Import contenders.

Boatwright, who has been at the forefront of the Beermen’s nine-game roll entering the Last Dance, garnered 60.3 SPs after norming 35.6 points, 12.0 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.0 blocks in seven games.

Coming in second is Phoenix's Johnathan Williams with 50.7 SPs, while San Miguel's Tyler Bey (50.6) and Tony Bishop of Ginebra (44.3) wound up third and fourth, respectively.
